Clear terms for using Finsider's SEC filings platform.
Last updated: February 22, 2026
By accessing or using Finsider, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have authority to enter into these terms.
Finsider provides live and near-real-time access to SEC filings data, including Form 4, Form 13F, Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, and other EDGAR disclosures.
We collect, parse, normalize, structure, and deliver this data through APIs and product interfaces to help users move faster than manual EDGAR workflows.
You are responsible for your account, credentials, and API keys. Keep all authentication information confidential.
You may not share credentials or keys with unauthorized parties. We may revoke or suspend access if account security or usage rules are violated.
You may use Finsider only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. Abuse, misuse, or exploitative usage is prohibited.
Finsider owns all rights in the platform, software, documentation, APIs, and branding. SEC source filings remain available from public sources, but our processing, structure, and product implementations are protected intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finsider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Finsider in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or creates platform risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated by email, product notice, or website posting.
Continued use of Finsider after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Finsider is a data platform, not an advisor. Nothing in our APIs, interface outputs, parsing layers, alerts, or derived fields is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
You are solely responsible for any decision made using information from Finsider and should consult qualified professionals before acting.
All data is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, continuity, sequence, or timeliness.
Programmatic collection and parsing may include errors, lag, or transient inconsistencies due to source updates, filing anomalies, mapping rules, and technical conditions.
Finsider does not provide uptime commitments or uninterrupted access guarantees unless expressly stated in a signed enterprise agreement.
Outages, ingestion delays, real-time feed interruptions, and temporarily missing data may occur, and users accept these operational realities.
Finsider is registered in Estonia. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@finsider.io .
